Baleària departs from its own terminal in the port of Valencia, at Pont de les Drassanes s/n; from the V-30 and A-7, follow the signs for "Puerto - Terminal Pasajeros" and you'll reach the terminal in around 10 to 15 minutes from the city centre. Without a car, you can reach the port on EMT bus lines 4, 95 and 30 to the Pont de les Drassanes stop, around a 15-minute walk from there. Guarded parking is available right at the quay, including for longer stays; vehicles not being loaded onto the ferry cannot, however, be left in the commercial port on a long-term basis.

Cars, motorbikes and motorhomes travel on the vehicle deck. Temporary import of a privately owned, foreign-registered car is generally possible with an international insurance card (green card); you must be able to prove the vehicle has left the country again within three months, and customs clearance on arrival can mean longer waits. Vehicles with provisional registration or a cancelled registration document ("carte grise barré") are not carried; anyone who isn't the registered owner needs a notarised power of attorney from the owner along with copies of ID.
